This is microsoft's Deadly tide game which was released in 1995. Something I thought was funny is the System requirements are as follow: Pentium 75 mhz or higher, 8 mb of ram, 25mb of hard disk space, 4xcd-rom, pci svga video with 1 mb of memory, 256-color display, microsoft windows 95 And in the how to play section it says: Shoot everything that shoots at you.
