Deadpool is an action hack-and-slash third-person shooter video game based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name developed by High Moon Studios and published by Activision. The game was for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. In 2015, to celebrate the release of Deadpool, the game was released and remastered to Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.
Before the release of Deadpool in 2013, The game was revealed at San Diego Comic-Con in 2012, With Deadpool himself invading the High Moon Studios Convention to promote and announce his game. Shortly after the announcement, an article was unveiled on Marvel's official website confirming the development of the game; the article was written from Deadpool's point of view, saying he hired High Moon Studios to make him a game.
