Bentham takes the first step towards his ultimate goal of paving the entire planet in concrete, as he sets up production of foundations! Soon, work will begin on the main bus, and to make the space for it, Bentham needs to level mountains and fill oceans! His work is interrupted however by the bginning of a death spiral, in which the power supply for the factory begins to collapse under the strain of power demand. Luckily, in Dyson Sphere Program it's a pretty quick fix to get things back online!
