Dealing with "Long Haul Covid" a Year Later
8Here's a clip from a daily-ish vlog I'm still editing that shares a little bit about the "long covid/ long haul covid/ post-acute covid syndrome" BS I'm still dealing with, even FIFTEEN MONTHS since we all had covid (and none of us got to hospitalization level either, which is the scariest part of it!)
If you haven't already done it by now I'm probably wasting words typing it out here, but PLEASE, GET VACCINATED, AND WEAR A DAMN MASK. You're not just making others sick, you're screwing yourself over, and as this video hopefully demonstrates, there are a lot of other shitty, scary things you can go through after covid besides just dying!
I haven't gotten my second shot yet (May 10) and I'm still a little hopeful that it'll finally clear my one-sided headache I've had since august, but I've also resigned myself to never being fully healthy again (at least not any time soon).
