Death Knight rune bug. Basically one of the Blood Runes bug out, and doesn't let me do a Blood Strike even though the blood rune is available. Notice how the Blood Rune is up and the Blood Strike button is grayed out (the tab button at the bottom), and Blood Tap isn't used (bottom right). All addons have been turned off so this isn't a UI issue.
