you can hold Square button to multi-check all the lost cargo you've found to not entrust, which is what I usually do, picking up other players' lost cargo(green items) intended for a destination seems to only give you Online connection points, but not connection level for the destination unfortunately (there might be something I don't understand yet envolved), while picking up blue lost cargo intended for a destination should give you connection level for that place if handed over in that place... so I tend to check who the cargo is for and deliver it to the right adress. Don't entrust assures you don't hand in the 'lost' items you've picked up, packages and 'lost' items including equipment and weapons have a colored strand running through them so it's easy to tell them from your own crafted equipment/weapons. I tend to prefer doing quests to gain connection level, but there's some rarer locations that very few quests exist, and I'm delivering lost cargo for instead
