Step 2 - Sabotage the fireworks (can be flipped with step 1)
Step 3 - Disable Egors experiment
Step 4 - Kill the love birds in the pumping station
Step 5 - Kill Aleksis - Usually carries 2 guns and focusing on him will say he uses everyone. Kill Egor and Wenjie on the roof

Frank dies in a beautiful explosion in the distance
Step 6 - Fly over and kill Julianna
Step 7 - Leap of faith

2 other endings are - don't shoot Juliana or shoot her and sit down, both reset the loop.
Trinkets I used were increase max power, increase the rate power replenishes, double jump and silent foot steps.
Slabs were Aether with Ghost and Flicker as well as Shift with airborne and reach.
