Actually I uploaded this because
1) Halloween (bit late.... slow encoding and slow internet lolol)
2) I wanted to see youtube be crushed under the amount of stuff happening on the screen at once.

So this makes the game look kinda easy but yeah no good luck!
There are quite a few rules involved in score attacking. Stuff like:
Some bullets being block-able with your familiar.
Grazing near bullets
Bullets turning into collectable points when you activate power up.
And similarly timing so that when the power-up runs out, there is enough on screen to instantly refill to power up again or whatnot.

The player does all sorts of stuff like possibly timing certain times they get hit because its the lesser of two evils with using a bomb, or triggering life / bomb spawns etc.

But yeah, your hit box is center of heart. Quite small, but really needs to be the way its designed.

This has been released on steam. Tho this is the xbox version that I've had since like.... 2007 or something.

The slow downs are on purpose. It basically emulates the whole arcade cabinets, but is also by design, like, when you power up stuff slows down as if you supercharge your reaction speed.
