I’m playing DEATHWING: Space Hulk on PS4 pro and I’ve made it in deeper and now I’ve got to take out and destroy and Gene Stealer nest.
This game has excellent source material and I was a young fan of Games Workshop and their Warhammer 40k Space Hulk series. Many times in lunchtime school club we use to talk about a futuristic Space Hulk game what it would look like.
Well today I found out, and it’s as good as my 13 year old mind thought it would be all those years ago.
The Space Hulk game looks and sounds like it should and in 4K it looks sensational! Particle effects and light done so well.
The upgrades and character development is good and what you’d hope it would be. The controls aren’t too complex, it feels similar to Killzone type gameplay but done in a Left 4 Dead/Vermintide way.
I’m liking it so far, it’s ticking all the boxes it should.
I’m yet to try out online coop.
