This is the first part of my playthrough of the game "Decap Attack" (the westernized version of the 1990 Japanese game "Magical Hat no Buttobi Tābo! Daibōken"), covering the first four worlds: Abdomainland, El Beau Island, Tibuland, and Armington. This is being played on my actual Sega Genesis Model 2 VA0 connected to a Framemeister, captured via an Elgato Game Capture HD.
