Genocide Today is what the maker named this in his mod doc, but the folder title is, Current Genocide 2000s Alpha Mod. When you open the mod menu as you see I did at the start of this video it is titled Genocide Today in the color red, red for map mod. You can remove the Style document from the folder and it will have the default Defcon game look.

This mod is just the style change and territory change adding Australia and removing other territories. The Deterrence mod is responsible for the geosats, kinetic kills, quick launching, radar burst (not seen in this video), etc..
