Took also many tries, not as many as Malenia though. He has weird delayed timings, I struggled with a lot, esp. the 2 different exploding fireball in his hand (both have different timings) and the phase 2 explosion on the ground. In general phase 2 was pretty tough for me to learn. It seems very chaotic and pretty much all attacks do more damage one shot me now. In addition even more fire on the ground damaging you when walking over it (+ blood loss proc build up). Was tough and Mogh is also a bit random at times. Suddenly flying up the the camera doing weird things does not help either.

If you stay close though, it can be handled (esp. the fire on the ground, which i also ignore at times completely if possible). I struggles also with keeping an eye on everything that happens on screen while playing Mogh in the air, fire on the ground and checking health and stamina at the same time was tough for me. It also helped deactivating controller vibration (so running into the fire does not cause vibration), which often distracted me for a moment. I might revisit him again at some point to play him a bit cleaner than here. We still needed 3 heals.

Note:
I use the Jellyfish Shield here only for the damage buff (Skill: Contagious Fury, shield glows red if active ad gives you +20%(!) damage bonus). It's not for blocking. With buff I do more damage one handed than two handed 350 damage vs 309 damage two handed. Also we get faster attacks one handed that eat less stamina. That is my reasoning using this setup. In phase 2 I could have switched for two handing my weapon (Rivers of Blood +10), because I did not buff anymore, but I forgot. Damage difference (without buffs) is only like ~15 damage per hit though. Noticeable, but not that big of deal.

Flame, Grant Me Strength Incantation (bonus damage; needs Finger Seal)
