If you have a file or folder, that doesn't want to be delete (mainly because Windows says that you don't have the rights to delete the file or because an old 16 Bit application) you can use the DOS shell.

This tool (also known as command prompt!) lets you use DOS commands to control your Windows: And you can use it as an easy way to delete files and folders that don't want to be deleted! :-)
