Chiron is probably my favorite ability based hunter in Smite. I almost never build attack speed or crits on him, because they are not needed. The way I prefer to build Chiron is Full Power and Full Penetration. Tanks are a big problem, especially in Arena where they can just free roam and bully squishies. The best way to deal with that problem and any problem is to build Full Pen/Power.
I like to start with Bluestone Pendant and then go into Dominance. After that, go into Warrior Tabi boots for the power. After you have both these, get The Crusher and Jotuns Wrath. After using your kit on a God, these items will just delete them or you can use your 2 if they try to get away (my favorite part of Chiron). You might also want to get Titans Bane and Brawlers Beatstick even if they don't have healers, because you are still reducing their healing or their demise.
In this video, I used Full Power and did 42,000 Damage which is solid for Arena compared to their auto attack hunters.
