Dell Optiplexes are notorious for being highly stung over memory speed and types that they will accept,the 755 is no exception with 4 slots of DDR2,two of which are filled with 2x 1GB,will it allow 2 more at 512MB of Hynix = 3GB total?

I intend at a later date to replace it's failing 17 year old HDD and put new graphics cards in this and the sister Optiplex 780 machine
