Some pictures of the farm mostly post 2005. The colorful plants Angie is pruning are lose leaf lettuce. We grew a minimum of 12 varieties of loose leaf lettuce for our lettuce and salad mixes we sold at the Olympia Farmers Market. The double row of Pansies are for the mixes as the petals are edible and we always put a health amount at the top of the bag. Never eat edible flowers picked up at a hardware or grocery store unless they are marked Certified Organic, this is much more important than with veggies.\nWe hope you enjoy!
