Izumi Momo was helping her best friend who had moved to a new home in Kuro City. Later, she received an emergency call from her brother, asking her to go home immediately because their mother had fallen ill out of sudden. Yumi sent Momo to the Kuro Subway station at the outskirts of the town.

It is a full red moon that night and unbeknownst to Momo, it is a forbidden time for any human beings to step their foot into the station.
