Dentures at 28 Years Old
25I've been on the fence on making a video on this subject just like my hearing aids but I wanted to talk about my experiences getting dentures and how it's affected my life and to have somewhat of an excuse for my lack of content.
But as I said in the video, I inherited bad teeth and have been on the fence about getting them removed and getting dentures for a while now. Over 4 years and I am so glad I finally took the plunge and I'm so glad that I have a partner like Rachael to not only pay for them but also to help care for me during my initial recovery.
It is a process on learning how to do things with dentures and recover from the trauma of the extractions. It takes time to eat normal food again and it will feel like it takes forever. But give it time and within weeks or a month or so it'll feel like second nature.
I want to tell you that it will get better eventually.
It gets easier every day. But you have to put up with them every day and that's the hard part.
