Each cartridge has five different traits you can mix and match using the Jackalope Generator. To unlock the achievement you have to create all 243 different creatures using the traits available. This requires using the jackalope generator, editing the cartridges by switching the traits, then sticking that cartridge in the cartridge compartment to create the monster. This is easy to mess up and lose track of, so take your time and go through every category one at a time before you eject the cartridge and tick everything off the spreadsheet as you go.
If you are using the spreadsheet, which I would greatly advise, cartridge 1 on the guide is the bear like create with the traits Ears, Friendly, Fur, Bear and Brown. Cartridge 2 is the lizard like creature with the traits Claws, Evil, Scales, Lizard and Yellow. Cartridge 3 is the clown like creature with the traits Hat, Smile, Clothes, Man and Multicoloured. So when you see 22221 on the spreadsheet, this means you insert cartridge 1 and 2 and choose the first four traits from cartridge 2 and the last from cartridge 1 which would be the traits Claws, Evil, Scales, Lizard and Brown. This will leave 11112 on the other cartridge. Eject them from the generator and use them both on the cartridge compartment to generator the next two Jackalopes.
Follow the spreadsheet going between two of the three cartridges at a time until you get to 95th Jackalope where you will notice the spreadsheet will move to using the three cartridges at a time. This is confusing at first but take your time and you will get into a rhythm. Don't get caught up on the number of the cartridge, just focus on the different traits when using the speadsheet and double check them as the monster spawns before you check them off. If you have any doubts whether you have messed up, redo the traits so you are sure before you tick it off. Good luck!!
