Despite (or perhaps in part because of) the fact that the game pretty much was self-contained and it literally changed nothing, I actually really enjoyed it. The time loop plotline was interesting, and Rufus wasn't nearly as insufferable this time round.
Certainly more enjoyable than the other games I'm playing right now, The Evil Within & Risen 3.
