Well we tried for what like 5 months, but were going back on antidepressants. Feel like absolute shit, "sleep" nearly regresses back to our peak depression 12-14 hour "sleep" but not actually, 14-18 hour "awake", so 26-32 hour cycle where we constantly shift in and out of day/night and feel like shit the whole time. Probably just stay on forever this time, unless we get too fat - Mirtazapine is no joke, if you werent naturally a lifetime stick insect, you have to be careful with it. We're looking quite jacked if I say so myself.
Probably shouldve tried 96.5 but 87.5 felt so bad we stopped there lol. I feel our blood pressure is so low it actually takes a really long time to peak. This is definitely something we need to be more conscious of, even if the weight feels/moves like shit - our blood pressure still hasnt peaked - this is why I like to go to failure.
We stepped up our delts and bi's day the last couple of sessions so probably why our delts and hands were so fried (aside from feeling like shit and just being weak in general lol). Press/BTN Press feels super weak atm.
