Forgot to upload night of. Back to PEAK strength post COVID XD. We just need +20kg real quick to say we squat as much as Clarence0 XD. First 6 singles, then a double, then a triple, then +10kg LUL, thats our trend. GUARANTEED 185 or 190 beltless deadlift next week XD.
Ankles been feeling a bit floppy lately, mainly on calves. I think the olympic bar 'torques' on the body differently then our old standard bar, hence ankles still getting used to it.
Few extra calf sets, though lost, we kinda slack on them lately, but not particularly important, more just to get shoulders used to heavier weight. Even if we had the quad strength, our shoulders couldnt take it, and then the leverage on the back with our femurs and having to lean forward. This is the main reason I dont believe most non-lifetime competing athletes numbers LUL, its more then just the exercise's dominant muscle strength.
Rambled a bit about blood pressure, maybe controversial but for me stopping at a comfortable Tree Ecks Tree or w/e is SO FAR away from the blood pressure requirement of a max, that your not even training it. I'd be interested to know peoples resting/post workout blood pressure. We've done ours as 12x/7x resting and 141/9x post max effort squats. Having the data allows interesting comparisons, im sure we all have that family member whos RESTING blood pressure is 15x/1xx+. So their RESTING BP is higher then mine when im getting CRUSHED by 140kg on my BACK LUL.
Also rambled about not injuring ourselves in a long time (basically 2014?), we feel good but also feel we need to push to know the limit.

Peak BW (lifetime) was ~107.5 kg in july 2021. (Natural average was 85 kg prior to mirtazapine, less growing up, generic tall thin lanky nerd).
Supplements: I just add this here, we only take protein post workout. I consider it 'concentrated food' even though you have no idea whats really in it. Anything else is not really 'food' anymore. Also dont buy zinc/mag/vit d on a whim without a blood test, you'll just make yourself sick. I had low vit d due to peak depression/filthy degen and have taken vit d in the past and feel it does help (sleep pattern/mood), but ive stopped cause I try to get real sun exposure (check news/reddit in the sun/park). Also australia where you can get sunburned walking from the carpark to the shopping centre. Dont go crazy and take 5000iu either.
In terms of Equipment - We couldnt take our self seriously if we had to wear highheels/belt/kneesleeves. Also belts, you know when a lifter finishes a lift and does the belt unclip? Thats CRINGE. Obviously if your competing you have to, and we wonder what it actually does, if anything. Do you think its a coincidence that we use zero equipment, and zero bodybuilding machines and have ALL the MASS? XD EcksDee
2nd work out since COVID. Tough work week, 38c / 100f and very humid. Legs felt like jelly before we even started, but we hit the 130kg for a double, up from last weeks two singles. Tried the 135kg but failed the grind, too much exponential slow down XD.
Still feel weak, lost 5kg fasting in 2 days during COVID. Also were going to try REEL hard (at the cost of building MASS) to cut out food that triggers our ezcema/psoriasis on our hand.
