(As everyone may or may not know, the Ice Boss is undoubtedly the hardest boss in the entire Descent series. Even tougher than Descent 3's Hellion Assault Mech...)

Once again, looks like someone has defied the rules of not confronting the Ice Boss head on... I don't know if it's just me, but I find annihilating the Ice Boss easy with just a Gauss Cannon and Concussion Missiles, so I've decided to take on a greater, yet bitter challenge - Defeating the Ice Boss with just a Vulcan Cannon and Concussion Missiles, and nothing else.

That's right...no Mega Missiles, no Earthshaker Missiles, no nothing. Not to forget mentioning 'no camping', either...though that's the normal way to defeat the Ice Boss. This run was one hell of a ride, yet I was blasted with multiple blindness, and also yet I stood up regardless of the pain and eventually emerged victorious. It was inevitable that I had to use either a Vulcan or Gauss Cannon, since energy-based weapons are rendered obsolete to this boss. This was a tough battle, but I'm finally glad it's all over... :P

Even the worst of the weapons can be a force to be reckoned with, since I've pretty much proved it to all the Descenters out there. I also never knew that bosses could still attack upon its exploding status...that's new. Come to think of it, I wonder who's gonna take on this challenge?

(Difficulty is Hotshot, in case if anyone's wondering.)
