Descent is fantastic space shooter, notable for it's 360 degrees of freedom movement and for being one of the earliest true 3D PC games. It was developed by Parallax Software and published by Interplay Productions for MS-DOS in 1995.

The stellar MIDI soundtrack of the game was composed by Ken Allen, Brian Luzietti, Larry Peacock, Leslie Spitzer, Jim Torres and Tim Wiles.
