Desert Smite 2 Preview - Disruptor
0The Disruptor is a unit for the Epsilon that is designed to cause chaos in enemy positions.
Passively, they attack at 600 range, and pull units to them instantly if they're too far away. This stuns the unit for 2 seconds, and can be upgraded to do extra chaos damage. For buildings, the Disruptor teleports itself to them instantly.
Upgrading them with Cheat Death means they can sometimes not die when killed, and instead push all enemies away and heal back up to a percentage of their total health.
They can also cast a huge AoE push back. This can often cause units to switch lanes, and massively splits up large enemy groups.
Finally, their unique upgrade makes them teleport all units in a small area once they die. Those units are sent straight back to their team's origin. This offers a huge tactical opportunity for Epsilon players to concentrate enemy forces into the central lane. Be careful not to unexpectedly send the forces you don't intend there though!
