0Stage 7 has now been reached by donating 400 Million as a community, and with it a Town Square has been built in the Eliksni Quarter. I was honestly hoping for a more substantial change here but unfortunatelt Bungie have yet to make an actually good Community Event. All 7 upgrades really would've suited being added throughout the season as a nice touch to show improvements to the area, not the focus of an event. Especially not one which only took one day...
