Method 1

Update graphics card driver

Method 2

Download and install Microsoft Update KB2670838 for Windows 7

KB2670838 is a Platform Update for Windows 7 enables improved features and performance on Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1

Side note:
You may want to upgrade your windows 7 because some new graphics card drive does not support windows 7.
