How to get Exotic Engrams in Destiny 2 without any Glitches or Crazy Farming spots. Pure Game Mechanics and No Tricks.

From Months of not getting New Exotics to drop and deleting the duplicates i rarely got.
I had to take a look at "Why am I not getting Exotics?"
