There's probably a much more efficient method of damage that others have come up with, but this is what I have to offer so far.

Kinetic: Izanagi's Burden for Phase 1/ Switched to Tranquility
Energy: The Recluse
Heavy: Tractor Cannon
Subclass: Middle tree Stormcaller
Exotic armor: Crown of Tempests/Geomag Stabilizers for damage

What was my game plan, you ask? Taking out the melee knight, wizard and shrieker in that order, I used CoT to get super/grenades much faster to deal with each individual tower, while using Tranquility to pick off any additional enemies in the Shrieker tower when I was low on health from dealing with the Wizard tower. I then switch to Geomag and throw a grenade along with Tractor Cannon debuff for extra damage with Chaos Reach. The 3 circular platforms that are in the middle of the arena also spawn 2 Cursed Thrall each, so be wary of them as well. After that, it's trying to fit in whatever damage with the sniper as it can be very risky to jump in with Tractor Cannon for a little extra damage. I'm not sure how it'll take me to get a flawless run as The Pit of Suffering and this boss can cause hella problems. Good luck to anyone running this solo, try not to lose your mind!
