When starting a new character, I noticed there is a spot within the mission "Spark" where a group of enemies will ALWAYS drop a white engram. After testing, I think I have found the most useless Loot Cave in D2.

The Loot Cave is found within the story mission "Spark". This is the mission Hawthorne gives you after first visiting The Farm. In this mission, you visit the Shard of The Traveler to get your light back.
The Exact location can be found by following the steps below:
1. Load into the mission.
2. Make your way through the wall.
3. Go through the cave system.
4. After you open the chest and walk outside, you will be in the Blackened Forest. This checkpoint is where the loot cave is located.
5. After walking through the forest for about 50 yards, you will come across a burning ship.
6. This is the group of enemies that will drop the white engram.
How to Farm the "Loot Cave"
1. There are around 10 enemies that will spawn near this ship.
2. A white engram will drop from one of these enemies every time.
3. DO NOT WALK AROUND THE CORNER! If you go around the bend, don't go any farther than the ship itself. You don't want to accidentally trigger a different checkpoint.
4. After picking up the white engram, stand in the flames in front of the ship to kill yourself and restart the checkpoint.
5. Rinse and repeat.
Ultimately this "Loot Cave" isn't a viable because of the reasons below. However, it is interesting seeing a hard coded engram drop.
- These engrams WILL scale as they drop.
- These engrams seem to stop dropping higher than 31 Power Level.
- When these engrams drop at their highest Power Level, they have a level 2 or 3 requirement.
- These enemies stop giving you experience after your first time killing them, keeping you at level 1 and unable to equip the higher level drops.
