"No Shooters For Old Men" video series:

The is the first episode of a mini-series I hope to do showcasing Destiny Crucible gameplay from the perspective of an older player. As someone who had seemingly given up on online shooters, I was drawn to Destiny's PvP, thanks partly to Bungie's integration of this mode as a key component of the end game progression.

The Crucible can be a tough nut to crack. I started out as a terribly consistent player at a 0.5 KD but over numerous matches pulled myself up to something approaching "average". This video is quite the anomaly, showcasing a splendidly chaotic Control match in which I use The Devil You Know hand cannon and the Gunslinger's Golden Gun to great effect.

I love hand cannons! They are a great learning tool as they stress good positioning and a steady aim more than most of the other primary weapon types. And the audio/visual feedback of taking down enemies with one is second to none!
