Here is gameplay of Destruction Derby played on the Playstation Classic. I had never played this one before, and I did not know what to expect. It's a little light on content, but this is a fun little damage based arcade racer. When you get in the zone, and you're blowing through intersections and narrowly avoiding other cars, there is a lot of fun to be had here. I only has 3 cars, representing 3 difficulty modes, 5 tracks and 4 modes, though.

This was an early Playstation game, being released in 1995, so it must have been an impressive showing of the power of the Playstation. It rendered 20 cars on screen at a time, each with their own damage models, and it ran that smoothly. That would have been extremely impressive back then. I mean... that was before Quake even came out.
