Federal prosecutors announced charges against eight people involved in a "massive" fraud scheme. The fraud stole housing funds meant for vulnerable people. Prosecutors say the group wrongfully used nearly $8 million on things like real estate and luxury vehicles. As Frankie McLister reports, the acting U.S. attorney says this is just the first wave of charges.
