I talked about my view of what a low end, mid or high end PC should be. PC's can last for years so you want to ensure that you are buying something that can last you that long.

With that in mind, I consider the low end the build that may not last beyond 3 years. Mid range is beyond 3. High end is taking things to the max. This was determined on cost, and purpose.
