NPC can be killed easily if you hide inside some places, they can’t get in.
Super soldiers are hard but one rocket GEP, can kill them.
Use multi-tool most of the time, if you need to save time.
Use lock pick to save ammo.
Maximize character skills according to your needs or follow my lead.
