Also known as Series P agents, WIBs serve as Majestic 12's elite operatives. The Women in Black (as well as the Men in Black) are my favourite NPCs from Deus Ex. Their appearance, backstory and voices make them the most memorable enemies from the game.

The VersaLife WIBs and Agent Hela have normal sounding voices, though no explanation is given for this. Agent Hela is the only WIB with unique sets of dialogue. Still would have sounded better with the echo effect though.
