Devil May Cry 3 (STEAM) -Part6: It has to smell very ROUSING in here.. Whale intestines make me RAGE
0This is UFONmans full playthrough of the Steam version of Devil May Cry 3 (part of the High Definition Collection) on NORMAL difficulty, since you can't change it! High Definition Collection version is "Dante's Awakening: Special Edition" if it matters... On Gold, whatever that means... It's my first time playing this!
So now that I've played Ninja Gaiden trilogy, God of War trilogy AND Metal Gear Rising Revengeance, I think it's time to get into the game series that ORIGINATED it all! I recently finished Devil May Cry 1 and Devil May Cry 2, so it is pretty obvious that I will also be playing the THIRD game in the HD Collection. I've heard that this game is thought to be the CULMINATION of Devil May Cry and many consider it to be the best in the series. Never played it before, although I might've seen some footage of the game, that I just can't remember, so it is pretty much a completely blind playthrough. DMC 1 was pretty challenging, DMC 2 was very easy (and insanely clunky), but I feel like this one will be fairly challenging. Hopefully the game will be gentle with me and I won't end up smashing my controller and ragequitting!
As usual, I will be checking all the story and lore, trying to find EVERY possible secret I can. So expect lots of snooping and looking around, pretty much how a completionist would play. This will most certainly lengthen the playthrough, so if that isn't your cup of tea, you shouldn't watch these. English commentary and, like all of my playthroughs, there's going to be lots of swearing and cursing... maybe even lewd jokes and raging too! Don't watch if you have a problem with that.
