Devil May Cry 4 linux benchmark with Steam Play Proton (D9VK) - Valve compatibility layer
Devil May Cry 4 - with Steam Play Proton (4.11-7), the Linux compatibility layer from Valve.
Here we run it with D9VK (d3d9 to Vulkan) compatibility layer.
To do this, simply use the following "set launch" option in Steam game properties
PROTON_USE_D9VK=1 %command%
The game is runningat MAX settings on a I7 3770 + GTX 970 (see "PC CONFIGURATION").
Note that this video is recorded with a cheap capture card .. The video image is not the highest quality but there is no frame loss during recording.
