Devil May Cry | PS2 | Funny Gameplay Review

Devil May Cry 1. A 20 year old game released on the PS2 in 2001. An early entry in the Hack and slash genre, and a great Capcom PS2 game.

I still think this is the best game in the devil may cry series, which is why I've chosen to review it.

Devil May Cry 1 retrospectives are hard to come by, so I thought I'd throw in some other DMC references, such as the Devil May Cry HD collection and the Devil May Cry Manga. Unfortunately I don't own the Devil May Cry PS4 version.

Graphically this game still holds up after 20 years as part of its HD remake. Phantom is still a trash talker, and Dante is still cool. dmc1 features some of the DMC series mainstay characters such as Trish, Mundus, Dante and Nelo Angelo.
