Paine's BT provide Phoenix stacks that allows one free consecutive turn. You normally can't chain a free turn onto a free turn. BUT Twins can get around this restriction because their FR is instant turn.

So with enough stacks of Paine's buff, twins can actually go LD-FR-LD-FR-LD-LD for MASSIVE AoE damage !
