DFFOO GL (Assailing Ramuh CHAOS Challenge Quest) Emperor LD, Celes LD, Eiko
The challenge quest will be hard if you don't have Emperor since there is demand for AOE BRV shaving/control. His trap can ensure the BRV of the Ramuh and its crystals are kept to the minimum. Celes could work as well as her LD has a trap debuff. Eiko is here to extend the buffs and support for some AOE BRV shaving.
Shiva summon,

Boss Mechanics
Ramuh: https://dissidia.dev/bestiary/796/latest
Crystal: https://dissidia.dev/bestiary/571/3001
- You can ignore the boss mechanics as long as you don't let it uses its recast ability. You can afford to let Ramuh take only 3 turns. The nightmare of mechanics will starts.
- Upon using its Recast ability Electric Vortex (ignore BRV & HP damage), it will summon the Crystals (1mil HP each with max BRV 45k). When the crystals are active, Ramuh will gain crystalline protection (i.e.reduce BRV damage by 90% and immune to launch). To remove it, you need to destroy the crystals.
- The crystals have framed turns (i.e. cannot be deleted). It also reduces non-elemental BRV damage by 90% (Have an enchanter like Celes or PCecil enchant the parties so It is fine). They can use Bolt Spark (ignore HP damage mitigation) and followed by Bolt Charge which brings Ramuh's turn forward to act. This could hurt a lot as it allows Ramuh to act which brings the orb count down by 2 per action that Ramuh takes. The crystal has its own recast gauge as well which is an ST BRV+HP attack with buff removal capabilities.
- Other than the recast ability, Ramuh has a couple of heavy HP damage attacks (Interdimensional Glimmer and Judgment Bolt Divine (AOE)).
- Ramuh will buff itself up at 49% (you will see jolts of thunder appear near its body).
- Once Ramuh reaches the 39% HP threshold, it will auto summon the crystals+.
- If the crystals are alive when Ramuh uses its recast ability, the HP of the crystals will be restore back to the max.
