there's a few videos alr with BT Ardyn completing this run solo. so this video is mainly to see how far a BT-less Ardyn can get down to, while experimenting with a 'no-speed passive' build (Namely: Buff Speed & Buff Attack Speed)

Quistis support is brought in-case my Ardyn couldn't solo the stage, ended up using her at the very end to buy Ardyn extra 4 turns.

No-speed build overview:
pros: faster EX gauge, more DPT (esp vs aoe), slightly improved Overkill's longevity
cons: same result may be produced with 'Buff Attack Speed' equipped vs single enemy especially when you let Ardyn get broken in both builds

to summarise, no speed build only need 1 of the following route to recharge EX:
- 3x NAD skills
- 2x NAD skills + 2x NAD brv/hp
- 1x NAD skills + 4x NAD brv/hp
- 1x 0AD skill + 2 NAD skills + 1x NAD brv/hp
- 2x 0AD skills + 2 NAD skills

NAD= Normal Action Delay
0AD= Zero Action Delay (when breaking an enemy)
skills = base, secondary, LD, EX

now, depending on the actual distance between Ardyn and the next turn, the routes above can also be produced with Buff Attack Speed equipped when you let Ardyn get broken (but not 100%, but high chance vs single target)

few notes when soloing Ifrit
- saved Overkill for when Ifrit reaches 50% HP thresholds, but also need to have Overkill active when starting the stage or risk getting killed
- when conserving Overkill duration, use BRV+ instead of HP+ when Ifrit has over ~21k brv
- when EX is charged & enemy is not broken, it's always a good idea to break him with HP+ so that your EX is at normal AD, same logic when playing as Lightning
