Inflicts Thunder Resistance Down to all enemies. Grants [Earth Crystal’s Radiance] to self.
[Earth Crystal’s Radiance]: Whenever a Character takes their turn (including enemies), recovers BRV to all allies based on HP Damage Dealt by Quick Dualcast, and lowers the duration of this buff.
