With the Soviet Forces weakened I only really need to knock out the defending units and then enter the base - which I do. I have a Spy into the Sub Pen and then proceed to knock out the bases ability to function - killing the Harvester and knocking out the producing structures (outside of the Airfield/Helipads; I leave those for Migs to land on).

Eventually I move north from the base to take out the Power Plants, and cleaning up the waterways of enemy Submarines. Finally after this I start to move the second MCV I received earlier in the mission over to the other side so that I can wipe out the base that builds up over there; harvesting resources of course to help with my war funds too.

When done the Allied Convoy arrives early and I win soon after.
