Developer Notes About Decks / Packs:
*Starter decks have 60 cards in them including a starter deck exclusive champion which is a more beginner-friendly version of the booster pack champions, the deck will also contain 2 booster packs in it.
*Theme decks have 60 main cards and come with a 12-card side deck included to get you closer to competitive ready. There are no booster packs, but they have higher card quality and strength overall.
*Booster packs have 18 cards and 1 token, guaranteed 2 rare/fabled cards per pack, and 1 in every 5 packs has a foil card.
