You only know the Bloodlancer build for the Trag'oul set? Now you know one more! This build is mainly a Group Build that acts as a trash cleaner, helps with elites and crowd control. It also provides group healing because for every consumed corpse there is a chance to spawn a health globe, since you kill a lot of enemies, you spam those health globes.

I was able to run 91 with a full group without augmentation and basic gear (nothing too fancy) and with only dying once. Augmentations will change damage + toughness significant.
