This is the Helltooth set dungeon added in 2.4. To enter the dungeon, you need 6 pieces (or 5 with Ring of Royal Grandeur) of Helltooth set equipped. To find the dungeon, use act 1 The Royal Crypts waypoint. Go to the entrance to the skeleton king boss room but do not enter. Open the gate right of the entrance and walk up there. With the set equipped, the entrance to dungeon will spawn.

Objectives of the dungeon:
- Kill 230 monsters without taking fatal damage
- Kill 20 enemies with a single Wall of Death
- Do not take any Poison damage
- Mastery: Kill all monsters and complete all objectives within the time limit (4mins 30sec)

Tips:
- Mara's Kaleidoscope (prevents all poison damage) is very important! Without this, it will be very difficult, if not impossible, to avoid all this poison damage under the pressure of time.
- Illusory Boots is helpful to avoid being trapped when gathering the mobs.
- In-geom allows spamming of Spirit Walk time to time.
Other items are optional as long as you can one-shoot the small mobs (Accursed and Betrayed) with WoD.

For the skills, Ring of Poison is probably the best WoD rune for killing 20 mobs. Spirit Walk, Horrify-Stalker and Fierce Loyalty are for the movement speed.

Strategy is important for this dungeon. The first stage, you need to play carefully to complete killing 20 mobs with WoD. Kill small group of mobs (those with less than 10) right away. When you find a large group of those small mobs (10+ Accursed, Betrayed), do NOT attack them. Try to pull them a bit further until there seems to be 20+ mobs. Then cast WoD ONCE AND NOTHING ELSE, until the floating text says you have killed 20 mobs with WoD. Look around for any remaining mobs and kill them. Your minions maybe counter-productive at this stage by killing or separating mobs before you gather 20+ of them, so dimiss your follower and avoid having other minions.

The second stage: once you complete killing 20 mobs with WoD four times, kill the remaining mobs ASAP. Summon your Zombie Dogs, which help picking up mobs you miss. Kill every mobs on sight.

I tried several different paths and found the path I used in this video the best. It allows you to complete the first stage earlier, so that you can switch to the fast killing second stage earlier.
