During testing I used a macro to determine roughly what the optimal timings will look like and this is what I got;
(while holding force move + hold position)
1. Hota
2. Wait 400ms
3. Press WW
4. Wait 75ms
5. Release WW
6. Wait 275ms
7. Repeat

You may be able to do it faster with a better connection or more attack speed. If you go to fast the skills won't activate.
