Diablo 4 - How Lucky Hits Work & Why They Aren't Great - Detailed Explanation & Math
125It's me, your friendly neighbourhood Robot. I am so ready to sink hours into #diablo4 and so I hope to also share all of my crazy shenanigans with all of you.
In this video, I decided to do a thorough explanation of the Lucky Hit mechanic so I can explain to people why the mechanic is sucky compared to other mechanics in the game. In summary: Lucky Hits are a DOUBLE Chance Mechanics with a SMALL chance of occurring and increases to any lucky hit chance are MULTIPLIED and NOT ADDED! Which means the gains are much smaller than you think.
So what does that mean? It means that lucky hits are unfortunately more terrible than you might think and we don't really have a good way of improving them AT ALL.
