This Diablo 4 game guide video shows how to complete the Secret of the Spring side quest in Fractured Peaks. The trickiest part is to solve the note's riddle after locating the spring.
The quest can be unlocked to the north of Kyovashad. Find the Discarded Note - it will point to the spring to the north-east (small blue circle on the map).
Once you're at the spring open the emotes wheel (up on the D-Pad on the controller, E key on the keyboard). You must use the 'Wait' emote which is not on the default list. Choose Customize, find the emote and place it on the selection wheel. You can now highlight and confirm the 'Wait' emote. Buried Chest will show up and looting the crate will finish the side quest.
